***PROJECTS FOR FUN AND CREDIT*** Projects Projects are GREAT! These are intended for the student to enjoy learning outside the classroom. Parents may help but the student will present their work orally to their classmates and get "rave reviews". Reports should be written in kid language for the student to share what they learned. The student will discuss the information with us, so they need to understand what they are writing about, not just copying. Parents may help or NOT. These can be reports, posters, models, illustrations, book reports, costumes, pictures, timelines, maps or anything your child thinks fits our topics. Let them ask me if they are not sure. I think they should choose what they like and I am really flexible. (This should be fun learning, not parent headaches.) Some children will want to do 1 science and 1 social studies. DO NOT TRY TO DO THEM ALL!!! These do NOT have to be professional exhibits, just interesting learning to share at school!
